If your DBS is on the updated service it can be used by NonStop as long as it meets the below
requirement:
You can send us a copy of the full DBS certificate. You must give us permission to check the update service – you will normally already have done this on the
registration form.
We will then check the DBS certificate has the correct level check – for example the correct barred list have
been checked (adults, children or both). The information on the DBS certificate is accurate (name, date of birth etc..)
